Hours: Monday to FridayWe are seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and collaborative customer service team based in Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong language skills and experience in order processing who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.The RoleYou will play a key part in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, supporting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves day-to-day coordination of orders, problem-solving delivery issues, and working closely with colleagues to continuously improve processes.Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders in line with company procedures and service standards.
- Monitor and track orders through to delivery, proactively resolving issues to maintain strong On Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth order fulfilment and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily team meetings to review performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in an order management, customer service, or similar operations role.
- Confident using ERP and CRM systems (e. g. , Oracle, Salesforce) along with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary of £33,000 + 5% bonus.
