This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong language skills and experience in order processing who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.The RoleYou will play a key part in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, supporting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves day-to-day coordination of orders, problem-solving delivery issues, and working closely with colleagues to continuously improve processes.Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders in line with company procedures and service standards.Monitor and track orders through to delivery, proactively resolving issues to maintain strong On Time Delivery (OTD) performance.Liaise with internal teams to support smooth order fulfilment and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Participate in daily team meetings to review performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. About You Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).Previous experience in an order management, customer service, or similar operations role.Confident using ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce) along with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
