Contract: Ongoing, with the possibility of becoming permanentWhat You'll Be Doing:*Providing 1:1 as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional educational needs
*Modifying learning activities and resources to cater to diverse learning styles
*Working alongside teachers to implement bespoke support strategies
*Helping students build confidence, independence, and emotional resilience
*Fostering a nurturing environment that promotes inclusion and positivityWho We're Looking For:*Someone with prior experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a school setting
*Confident in using creative and flexible approaches to learning
