- You will be closely collaborating with your colleagues to produce an inclusive learning environment, where individualised support is provided allowing for both academic and personal development.
- On a day-to-day basis you will be offering one-on-one or small group support, assisting in educational tasks helping them to engage, progress, and thrive in a setting that values wellbeing, communication, and independence as much as academic success.

- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in behaviour management and SEN support.
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting or equivalent personal experience supporting individuals with learning needs.
- A qualification of working with children and young people such as health & social care, children and young people’s workforce
- Suitable references and a valid DBS on the update service, or a willingness to complete a DBS check.
