We are the largest provider of Nursing, Midwifery, Health and Social Care students in the East of England, and we are also among the UK’s leading universities for degree apprenticeship provision, working with hundreds of employers across the UK.About the Role:Based at our East Road campus in Cambridge, this role will provide key administrative support to the academic programmes of schools within the Faculty, ensuring that an excellent student experience is offered at all stages of the student lifecycle at ARU, from Welcome Week through to graduation. Supporting Heads of School and working closely with the Faculty Administration Manager, you will have the opportunity to enhance and define the academic processes that underpin student outcomes, demonstrating your commitment to achieving an outstanding contribution to the Faculty’s activity.As a graduate or with significant experience of delivering and refining administrative processes, ideally within an education environment, you’ll be well versed in the interpretation of written policy and procedure and the translation of that understanding into effective delivery. You’ll take a proactive approach, informed by a desire to deliver great results and seeking wherever possible to refine and improve ways of working in order to underpin a continuous improvement in your own, and the Faculty’s effectiveness.
