SEN Teacher - Empower Young Minds📍 Location: Hull and surrounding areas (case dependent)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
⏰ Hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible working available)
💰 Pay Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)

We are seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to provide high-quality, one-to-one education for students with additional needs. This is an opportunity to truly personalise learning, empower young people, and contribute to their emotional and academic development. What You'll Do:Create a Nurturing Learning Environment
Build strong, consistent relationships to support student confidence and engagement.Deliver Tailored Learning Plans
Develop and adapt lessons that reflect each learner's individual strengths, needs, and educational goals.Collaborate with Families
Work closely with parents and carers to ensure a joined-up and effective support system.Foster Confidence and Progress
Help build students' self-esteem and independence while guiding them toward academic achievement.Lead with Compassion and Purpose
Be a role model who promotes lifelong learning, resilience, and personal development.
