Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors, with growing responsibility
Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and financial statements
Providing business advisory services and value-add solutions to clients
Supporting and mentoring junior team members, including reviewing their work
Liaising directly with clients, HMRC, and other third parties
Contributing to the development and growth of client relationships
Key Requirements:
Fully Qualified Accountant (CA or ACCA)
Proven experience within an accountancy practice
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, client-centric approach with the ability to build trusted relationships
Commercially minded with an eye for identifying opportunities to add value
