- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address production and supply challenges.
- Analyse data to forecast material requirements and minimise waste.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for procurement and supply chain.
- Identify and implement process improvements within planning operations.
- Support inventory management and reporting processes.
- Experience in material planning and production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills to forecast and manage stock levels effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant planning software and tools.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in planning and reporting.
- An understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
