Production & Materials Planner

• Plan and manage materials to ensure production schedules are met efficiently.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address production and supply challenges.
• Analyse data to forecast material requirements and minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for procurement and supply chain.
• Identify and implement process improvements within planning operations.
• Support inventory management and reporting processes.

• Experience in material planning and production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills to forecast and manage stock levels effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant planning software and tools.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in planning and reporting.
• An understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
