Salary: £49,004 - £57,728 and a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | options availableYou WillAs a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving successful delivery of products within SSE. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure delivery. Your analytical skills and understanding of the energy industry will be essential in identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing outcomes:
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories and product backlogs.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs to actionable plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of the delivery objectives.
You Have
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in Business Process Mapping, PowerBI, and Visio
  • Understanding of Agile software development practices, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Outstanding coordination abilities, with a track record of collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders in business and technical domains.
  • Professional knowledge of the Energy sector, including key market trends and business drivers
  • Experience in supporting team facilitation and management tools, e.g. Azure DevOps/ Jira
