- Provide 2nd line support to end-users for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues, ensuring a high standard of service and quick resolution of incidents.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user hardware and software, ensuring reliable and secure operation.
- Participate in the deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware, ensuring compliance with the companies Change Management procedures.
- Provide support for mobile devices, including configuration and troubleshooting of smartphones and tablets.
- Engage with the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of issues, maintaining high closure metrics.
- Software and OS configuration using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) 1st Level Support.
- Break-fix on end-user devices, printers, phones, or other required systems.
- Familiarity with IT Infrastructure technologies eg a basic understanding of WAN, LAN & WLAN and competence in Active Directory Domain Services
