
Network Service Technician

- Full-time
- Operate and isolate water mains for planned or emergency works.
- Own and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Support project work and leakage detection activities.
- Investigate and resolve network performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and water quality standards.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Strong customer service experience in a dynamic environment.
- Plumbing, water mains, or leakage experience. (advantageous).
- IT literacy and good time management.
- Positive attitude and a can-do approach.
- Offering a salary of up to £37,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
- Annual Leave - 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays)
- Performance-related pay plan is directly linked to company performance measures and targets.
