- Hold QTS, QTLS, or another recognised secondary teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4
- Can confidently deliver subject-specific lessons or cover multiple disciplines as needed
- Build strong rapport with students and maintain effective classroom management
- Are flexible, professional, and committed to high standards of teaching
