Early Career Teacher (part & full time)Grimsby£22,035 - £41,333 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)July 2025 – ongoingAre you completing your teacher training this year and looking for your first teaching role?We are looking to recruit a passionate Early Career Teacher for roles in and around the Grimsby area. The Early Career Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons on an ad hoc basis with the possibility of becoming longer term for the right candidate.Vision for Education work with a number of different schools and we pride ourselves on finding the right placement for you, whether that be a primary/secondary school or a specialist setting.Requirements:The desired Early Career Teacher will have;
  • QTS
  • The ability to motivate and engage students
  • The ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours
  • Passion for teaching the progress of pupils
  • A nurturing and supportive approach
