Job Description:Job Summary:The Caretaker/Cleaner is responsible to the Customer Services Manager for providing a number of functions in relation to the management and cleaning of the Council Offices.Please note
  • There are 2 permanent part time posts available:
  • 1 based in City Hall, Bangor working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 1.00 to 6.00 pm
  • 1 based in Church Street, Newtownards working 15 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday from 1.00 to 6.00 pm
  • Applicants must be available to work outside normal working hours including weekends and evenings
  • Applicants must be flexible and will work across both Church Street and City Hall as required
  • It is anticipated that interviews will take place mid to late October
  • A reserve list may be kept from this recruitment exercise
  • Appointment will be subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire
