
Account Executive - Construction

- Build and manage a well-qualified pipeline to meet or exceed your sales targets
- Progress opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle, positioning ConQuest as the preferred solution and closing strong commercial agreements
- Develop commercial strategies that align client needs with the benefits of ConQuest and our broader construction software suite
- Stay close to market trends and customer feedback to inform product positioning and development
- Maintain accurate and timely records of your activity and pipeline in Salesforce
- Consistently hit (or exceed) new business targets quarterly and annually
- A proven track record in selling advanced software solutions into the construction, manufacturing, utilities, or similar sectors
- Strong experience working with senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders in complex sales cycles
- Deep understanding of construction processes, estimating workflows, and commercial pressures
- Ability to clearly articulate the value of software solutions and tailor demos to the needs of the customer
- Comfortable working with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce
- A full UK driving license, as occasional travel to customer sites may be required
