- Lead the company’s quarterly budgeting process, business partnering with functional leaders to develop forecasts for revenue and spend, which are appropriate, suitably challenged, and managed through rigorous control
- Function as a strategic business partner to the Morphe EMEA team, supporting with analysis of results and recommendations for future performance, highlighting, and explaining variances verses budgets
- Pressure test budget inputs through development of models showing assumption-based outcomes of scenarios, and demonstrating return on investment against spend initiatives
- Prepare monthly FP&A reports and decks, presenting business and industry trends, and showing clear actionable insights
- Maintain customer price lists and support the business with periodic recommendations on appropriate pricing changes
- Manage contra revenue (rebates, returns, promotional offerings) to ensure revenue optimization, accurate timing of expense recognition, and compliance with contracted terms
- Support month-end processes for the finance team to deliver accurate and on-time closes, with compliant audit-ready back-ups saved appropriately

- CIMA or similar accountancy qualifications strongly preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced environment in a role that incorporates commercial finance & strategy
- Must work well in dynamic, evolving business environments
- Experience in FMCG and an understanding of gross margins and profit drivers in consumer goods industries is preferred
- Highly analytical, with the ability to effectively communicate outcomes
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) required
- Strong grasp of reporting systems, ideally Netsuite
- Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-function peers
