- Knowledge and experience of Information Technology systems to NVQ 2 level.
- Good level of written English and basic Mathematics.
- Awareness of PARIS system
- Well developed, assertive interpersonal skills for working face-to-face and over the phone with service users, and other professionals e.g. G.P.s and Social Services personnel
- Experience of using Microsoft Word 2000
- Experience of working within a Health and/or Social Care setting
- Understand boundaries and work within service and organisational confidentiality policy and procedures
- Knowledge of database systems
- Understanding stock control
- Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to remain calm under busy and often stressful working conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Customer Care skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Use of a car or access to a means of mobility to travel across the Trust footprint in line with service needs
- Willing to carry out all duties and responsibilities of the post in accordance with the Trust's Equal Opportunities and Equality and Diversity policies
- Appointments to regulated and controlled activities require an enhanced DBS disclosure
