We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their friendly and professional office. This is a key front-of-house role that requires someone confident, organised, and with a warm and professional manner.Receptionist / Administrator Role:
As a Receptionist / Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and efficient service. You will also support day-to-day administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the office.Receptionist / Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and handling meeting room bookings
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintaining reception and communal areas
- Supporting general admin duties including data entry, filing, and email correspondence
- Assisting with diary management and internal communications
- Ordering stationery and supplies
- Previous experience in a receptionist or office administration role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner and appearance
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Familiarity with diary management and booking systems
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and approachable
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
