- Developing and maintaining software solutions for Labman's advanced robotic automation platforms and internal systems, adhering to high-quality coding standards and contributing to system design through code reviews.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and techniques, collaborating with the team to implement innovations in future systems.
- Providing support for existing systems in the field, while engaging with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Mentoring colleagues and contributing to their professional growth, while collaborating with global organizations and public bodies.
- Working within a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team to achieve shared objectives and drive success.
- At least 2 years of experience with the Microsoft .NET framework and 1 year with WPF and XAML development.
- Familiar with MVVM design methodology and strong C# development skills.
- Solid understanding of software development techniques like separation of concerns, dependency injection, and object-oriented programming.
- Database development experience with MySQL and embedded databases.
- Proficient in producing documentation with strong English literacy skills.
- Effective collaborator with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work within the Labman ISO9001 framework, adhering to strict coding conventions.
- Experience with industrial communication interfaces (RS232, Ethernet, CAN, Modbus, EtherCAT) and industrial PLC systems.
- Web development experience, preferably with .NET Core and JavaScript, along with strong UI/UX design skills.
- Mobile application development experience using Xamarin.
- Background in automation industry, with an interest in electrical or mechanical engineering and practical skills.
