- Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their experience is smooth and professional from order confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate order timelines, aligning first customer promises with material and production availability.
- Maintain accurate data, including delivery details, payment methods, shipping documentation, and invoices.
- Ensure timely delivery and invoicing, keeping customers informed of progress or delays.
- Oversee transportation arrangements and ensure all necessary documents accompany shipments.
- Monitor and report performance metrics, addressing issues and escalating as needed.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments (sales, procurement, production) to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Proven experience in customer service and office administration (essential).
- Knowledge of dispatch and freight forwarding processes (desirable).
- High attention to detail with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP Business One preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
