- Proven recruitment experience within the Healthcare sector, ideally in Care Home environments
- A proactive approach to sourcing and building candidate pipelines
- A strong understanding of internal recruitment and stakeholder engagement
- Solid knowledge of UK Right to Work processes
- Confidence using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
