- Support a consultant with a live desk: sourcing, compliance, booking cover
- Write and post job adverts (on Indeed, CV-Library, etc.)
- Screen candidates by phone, book interviews, and manage availability
- Help track bookings, check-in candidates, and update the CRM (Tracker RMS)
- Join client calls and school meetings to understand how we work
- Take ownership of a defined local area (e.g. part of Bucks or Northants)
- Build relationships with new and existing schools (phone + in-person)
- Visit schools to understand their needs and build trust face-to-face
- Source candidates to fill day-to-day and long-term bookings
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle – from job ad to placement
- Earn commission based on your desk’s performance
- Confident on the phone (you’ll be speaking to schools and teachers daily)
- Willing to visit schools and build authentic relationships
- Highly organised — able to juggle calls, bookings and admin under pressure
- Driven to succeed, but not cutthroat — we’re a people-first business

- Open to feedback, learning fast, and taking initiative
- You’ve worked in sales, customer service, education or hospitality
- You enjoy solving problems and thinking on your feet

- £20,000 – £24,000 salary depending on experience
