You’re comfortable working across a range of formats — video, stills, memes, creator content, GIFs, carousels, AR, and emerging formats — and know how to adapt creative ideas to each.Audience-First Thinking
You design ideas that meet people where they are. You understand how audiences behave, how communities form, and how culture moves across social.Collaboration Across Teams
