This is your chance to play a key leadership role in an independent, high-energy company that’s redefining the events and catering space in London.The Role:As Senior Event Manager, you'll be at the heart of our events operation-leading a talented team, collaborating with clients and venues, and delivering flawless experiences across gala dinners, brand activations, private events and corporate functions.This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who brings energy, creativity and a cool head under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution
- Oversee multiple mid to large-scale events weekly
- Create detailed event sheets, pack lists, and logistics plans
- Liaise closely with Sales & Ops teams for smooth handovers
- Attend events to ensure high standards-or prepare the team if you're not on-site
- Champion sustainable practices across planning and execution
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and venues
- Drive repeat business by offering genuine, thoughtful service
- Gather and act on post-event feedback
- Coordinate venue information and ensure team preparedness
- Manage, inspire, and support a growing team of Event Managers
- Onboard and train new team members alongside Ops
- Lead with empathy and structure-providing regular, constructive feedback
- Help develop and refine systems and processes
- Ensure profitability targets are met across all events
- Work closely with suppliers for best rates
- Analyse post-event financials and implement improvements
- Experienced: 2+ years in premium event catering, with at least 1 year in a senior role
- Client-savvy: Confident working with high-net-worth individuals and global brands
- Detail-obsessed: You spot the small stuff-and make it shine
