Working in partnership with the Brand Cluster VP/GM and with their team, this role will be instrumental in shaping the evolution of the brand and will be required to establish clear brand positioning across all channels and protect brand equity at all times. - Proven track record in advertising, brand experience, communications, leadership, and team development skills to provide maximum team performance. - Proven leadership experience, leading teams across different functions, identifying development opportunities and empowering your teams. - Strong brand building experience, ideally across different categories/types of consumers/brands - Ability to demonstrate a strategic and consumer-centric approach focusing on innovation, and omni-channel consumer experience. - Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve unstructured problems with structure and a hypothesis-driven approach. - Ability to identify and react to upcoming trends quickly - Strong functional expertise in consumer goods and/or retail. - Strong change and people leadership skills, track record of successful change execution, and an exemplary track record in consumer satisfaction. - Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, able to convey strategies and programs effectively to various audiences. - Relevant degree in Marketing and qualification/experience in Digital Technologies.
