Well established Independent Service Centre
Basic Salary up to £30k + Bonus (Flexible)
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, 4:30pm finish on a Friday!
No weekends!
Training courses and further qualifications
Uncapped monthly bonus scheme

A well-established independent Service Centre in Redruth is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join their team.This role will involve performing diagnostic work, repairs, servicing, and MOT testing on a range of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, a good eye for detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
Perform general servicing, maintenance, and repair work
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical issues
Complete relevant documentation and maintain records of work
Ensure health and safety standards are followed

Requirements:

Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Valid MOT Licence (preferred)
Previous experience in a fast-fit or similar environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets
