- Providing end user support and a helpdesk service on the use of the Idox Uniform system, Idox DMS, Enterprise Dashboard (workflow), Idox Mobile Apps, Power Bi, MS Office.
- Acting as System Administrators for the Idox systems which includes setting up end user accounts, system configuration and writing document templates using complex coding for system fields to auto generate
- Writing complex queries using Power Bi/MS Access for performance management purposes
- Dealing with FOI (Freedom of Information) and SAR (Subject Access Requests) enquiries
- Data Management to accord with data protection, GDPR and document retention policies
- Writing system user guides and procedure guides
- User acceptance testing - Writing user acceptance plans, testing of system upgrades, issues resolution and communicating system changes to users
- Dealing with external customer enquiries in relation to the online planning register
- Delivering training on the use of Systems either on a 1:1 basis or in a small group setting
- Good understanding of systems and using them in line with council procedures.
- Be responsible for own self development to ensure role requirements are met.
