- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in alignment with business objectives, revenue targets, and brand positioning.
- Define and segment target audiences, building tailored marketing strategies for each group (e.g., collectors, connoisseurs, younger drinkers, global markets).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to adjust strategy and spot opportunities.
- Protect and evolve the brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency of tone, visuals, and storytelling.
- Champion the brand's heritage and authenticity while innovating for modern relevance.
- Plan, create, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, events, and partnerships.
- Drive new product launches and seasonal promotions to boost customer engagement and sales.
- Manage website content, SEO/SEM strategy, and analytics with a strong focus on user journey.
- Lead paid advertising campaigns (Meta etc), ensuring strong ROI.
- Oversee email marketing, CRM journeys, and loyalty-building strategies.
- Identify and manage brand collaborations.
- Liaise with PR agencies and industry influencers to maximise earned media and visibility.
- Set KPIs and track marketing performance regularly, presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot (or equivalent) to measure customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align marketing activities with company goals.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within whisky, spirits, premium beverage, or luxury investments.
- Proven track record of revenue-driving marketing campaigns and brand growth.
- Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, especially in the whisky or alcohol sector.
- Strong digital marketing expertise including paid media, email, SEO, and analytics.
- Excellent storytelling and content development skills.
- Strong budget management, reporting, and ROI analysis capabilities.
- Creative thinker with commercial acumen and a drive for performance.
- Experience in luxury retail or financial services, specifically high net worth investments would be preferable
