- Works closely with the respective portfolio director(s), product managers and other key stakeholders to capture and convey the customer value proposition.
- Develop messaging and market positioning that sets new products apart from others in the market; establishing unique value proposition and brand character.
- In collaboration with product management, implement new product launches.
- Drive creative development of segment multichannel campaigns, marketing collaterals and sales tools.
- Lead thought leadership content development (white papers, insights, articles etc.) and trade media engagement.
- Ensure marketing deliverables are consistent with brand standards, accurate, and integrated within the strategy across all marketing promotion teams.
- Collaborate with appropriate technology, product managers, subject matter experts and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that accurate information is approved and presented.
- Plan and deliver industry specific events and speaking slots, support with other events as required.
- Collaborate with the Regional marketing teams to create successful segment-specific marketing campaigns that contribute to pipeline growth.
- Assess market needs and opportunities, obtains insights on customer usage, and identify and analyse industry trends.
- Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget.
- Support the wider Marketing Communications function as required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, communications or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a similar position.
- Excellent copy writing and presentation skills.
- Global mindset with proven experience in professional marketing communications within the Tech Industry or at least B2B business.
- Matrix management experience working virtually in diverse teams.
- Advanced content marketing strategy proficiency.
- Experience in events organisation (trade shows, virtual events)
- Experience in lead generation and nurturing techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Marketing automation.
- Experience in performance marketing and analysis of KPIs
- Advanced stakeholder management, communication and people skills.
- Overall, good programme, project and time management skills - highly organised and detailed orientated.
