
Senior Commercial Manager

- Leading all commercial aspects of the project, from pre-construction through delivery.
- Taking ownership of cost management, forecasting, reporting and financial controls in line with NEC Option E requirements.
- Developing and managing a high-performing commercial team, providing leadership, support and guidance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration throughout the project.
- Ensuring commercial risks and opportunities are actively managed in line with company processes.
- Supporting business area leadership by contributing commercial expertise across other projects where required.
- Experience in the energy sector (preferred), ideally on large infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience of NEC Option E contracts (essential).
- Proven ability to manage and develop a commercial team.
- Strong track record of delivering major projects (£50m+) through both design and construction phases.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships.
- Strong financial management, reporting and governance expertise.
