- Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets, onboard affluent clients, and cross sell home insurance loan which is MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) and MRTT (Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes in the mortgage industry.
- Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to mortgage sales and lending.
- Possess minimum Diploma
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of mortgage products and the property market is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Possess a valid driving license as the role requires travelling.
