- This role involves overseeing deposit products, optimizing deposit strategies, managing relationships with commercial clients, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop strategies to attract new commercial clients and expand existing relationships.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell deposit-related services to commercial clients
- Monitor and report on the performance of the deposit portfolio, including growth, profitability, and market trends
- Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the bank's standards and industry regulations;
- Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution;
- Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking solutions. Ensure compliance at all times - process, policy and working instruction
- Constitute idea and suggestion for improvement and success
- Achieve quarterly target
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in serving Business, Commercial and Corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, especially CASA, FX, and FD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide sound financial advice and customized solutions.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with high net worth clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- High level of integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
