Job Description:DP World is looking for a Data Integration Specialist to join our team. The Data Integration Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions that connect Darwinbox HRIS with all downstream HR and enterprise applications, including payroll, time & attendance, absence management, and travel systems, as well as SAP, Oracle Fusion, and EPM applications. This role ensures accurate, secure, and timely data flows across the HR and enterprise ecosystem, enabling operational efficiency, compliance, and informed decision-making.Please note: This role is remote, however will require regular travel to our head office in central London.How will you contribute:
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration workflows using ETL/ELT tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica, Azure Data Factory) between HRIS and downstream HR applications (payroll, time & attendance, absence management, travel) and core enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion, EPM).
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, payroll, and IT teams to capture integration requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Implement and maintain APIs and ETL/ELT processes to enable secure and seamless data exchanges.
  • Implement data quality, governance, and security controls within integration processes.
  • Ensure integration processes adhere to data privacy regulations, security standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation during system implementations and upgrades and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data transfers.
  • Monitor and optimize integration performance, proactively addressing failures, latency, data mismatches and proactively resolving issues and bottlenecks.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration flows, data mappings, process flows, and system dependencies.
  • Provide technical support for incident resolution and continuous improvement of all integrations.
  • Work closely with BI/Analytics teams to ensure reliable, timely data delivery for reporting and dashboards.
What will you Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in integration platforms or cloud technologies preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in data integration, ETL/ELT development, and API-based integrations.
  • Proven track record integrating SAP, Oracle Fusion, and other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with cloud integration services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid architectures.
