As Associate Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and strategic growth of the firm. You will oversee a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service, while contributing to the development of the practice's services, client base, and internal talent.Your Key Responsibilities as the Associate Partner:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest standards of technical and advisory support.
  • Lead and inspire a team of qualified and part-qualified professionals.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying and securing new client opportunities.
  • Oversee the delivery of compliance and advisory work, maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with fellow Partners on strategic planning, operational improvements, and service innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and professional standards.
To be Considered for the role of Associate Partner:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in a UK accountancy practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge across accounting, tax, and business advisory services.
  • Proven track record in managing a client portfolio and delivering exceptional service.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Commercially astute, with the drive to contribute to the growth of the firm.
