- Support young people to develop life skills, resilience, and confidence for independent living.
- Co-produce support plans that build on individual strengths and aspirations.
- Provide regular support sessions and crisis intervention when needed.
- Help young people secure and sustain accommodation.
- Assist with financial stability - including benefits, rent, and debt management.
- Organise and lead activities, workshops, and resident consultations.
- Promote positive behaviours and help de-escalate challenging situations.
- Experience of working with young people or vulnerable groups.
- A positive, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and constructively.
