If speculative CVs are sent, no fee will be applicable - please direct all queries to the relevant Resourcing Partner.Logistics ManagerNorth WestAn opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Manager to join the team at Galliford Try.Ideally, you will based in or around the Wigan / Manchester area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the North West of this Region.What you will be doing:
- Traffic Management around the Project
- Control of all Site Deliveries
- Control of Hoardings / Heras Fencing and pedestrian barriers
- Controls plant movement around the project
- Ensures site directional signage is in place on the roads leading to the Project
- Is responsible for all daily and weekly plant returns
- Radio Communication
- Reporting to GT Site Project Manager
- Manage Gatemen
- Monitor Site Lighting
- Waste Management
- Previous experience of working with a Main Contractors in a Logistics Manager Role would be an advantage.
