We also have self-accommodation in the form of riverside cabins, cottage suites, and shepherd's huts set on the grounds as well as our private residencies Red Oaks, Charles Lanyon Lodge, and Linen Merchants.As Housekeeping Assistant, you will join a dedicated hard-working team and ensure all hotel accommodation is clean and tidy and ready for our guests. The successful applicant will have a hard-working attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail. If you think you have what we are looking for please get in touch!Transport:We also offer our Housekeeping team a private bus service from two collection points in Ballymena town to the Resort and you will be left back at these points after your shift.Job Description:Main duties will include, but are not limited to:Cleaning and servicing the Resort as directed by Head HousekeeperComplete tasks such as making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures plus a variety of other cleaning tasks.Using disinfectants and steam-operated sterilizers.Adhering to all safety and personal protective equipment, practices, and procedures.Working within the guidelines of Health, Safety, Fire, and Hygiene operatives to ensure all staff and guests are safe at all times.Maintaining clear, efficient communication with the front desk team ensuring rooms and public areas are serviced in a timely fashion ready for our hotel guests.We would love for you to have some similar previous experience but this is not essential as full training will be provided.
