- Experience of working in a team environment. Excellent customer service skills. Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good basis numeracy and literacy skills. Good organisation and prioritisation skills. Ability to train/ induct new members of staff
- Good general education or NVQ Level 3 in Business & Administration or equivalent experience
- Understanding of NHS pathways and RTT
