Sectors: Commercial, Residential, RetailA growing consultancy is seeking a Project-level Cost Consultant to join its London office. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career quantity surveyor looking to build their experience on a variety of asset types across the commercial, residential, and retail sectors.You will work alongside experienced cost professionals on a diverse project portfolio, gaining direct client exposure and contributing to both cost planning and project delivery. This position offers full APC support and a clear pathway to chartership.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cost planning, tendering, procurement, and contract administration
- Support senior colleagues in project delivery across various sectors
- Attend client meetings and help produce reports and cost estimates
- Contribute to due diligence and feasibility assessments
- Build relationships with external stakeholders including agents and solicitors
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related field
- Working toward or enrolled on the APC pathway
- Some consultancy or construction experience (e.g., placement, graduate role)
- Strong communication and numeracy skills
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and gain chartership
- Hybrid working with tech support (iPhone & laptop)
