In this role, you will provide exceptional reception and clerical support, ensuring smooth operations within the department. You will play a key part in maintaining an accurate and updated Radiology Computer System (CRIS), while liaising professionally with patients, medical staff, GPs, and other clerical colleagues.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a welcoming and professional reception service.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties to support department operations.
  • Update and manage patient records on the Radiology Computer System (CRIS).
  • Communicate effectively with patients, medical professionals, and colleagues.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shift working between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
