- Strategic leadership: Lead the integrated marketing strategy definition and brand plan development for the UK, through a deep understanding of the local consumer, dating culture and media landscape, to establish Bumble as the go-to destination for meaningful romantic relationships. Success will be measured through significant and sustained brand health gains while accelerating organic demand through positive word-of-mouth, making user acquisition and retention more efficient.
- Execution with excellence: From writing briefs and managing agencies to analysing performance and optimising campaigns, you're both the architect and the builder of marketing initiatives. You'll demonstrate exceptional hands-on execution, developing and executing culturally resonant integrated campaigns. You'll leverage your deep knowledge of the UK media landscape to select the right platforms, voices, and placements to deliver real impact, strong engagement and positive word of mouth.
- Campaign Measurement and Optimisation: Ensure all marketing campaigns are rigorously measured and continuously optimised based on results. Collaborate closely with analytics teams to devise measurement plans for high-impact marketing programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Champion market needs with leadership and cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with global strategy. Manage relationships with stakeholders across central and regional teams, including growth, PR, analytics, research, product marketing, and external agencies. Regularly report progress and results to a variety of stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment around goals and objectives
- Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively across channels and initiatives, ensuring investment is aligned with brand goals and delivering maximum impact.
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful, consumer-centric, insight-based campaigns in the UK.
- Deep knowledge of the UK culture, media, and dating app landscape, with the ability to adapt global strategies and build culturally resonant activations.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, obsessed with deepening consumer understanding and fully accountable for owning the market plan end-to-end.
- An excellent hands-on executor with demonstrated expertise running campaigns including paid digital media, OOH, influencer, events and experiential channels.
- Excellent communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
