This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.We are seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Operations Specialist to join the team in Coventry, United Kingdom.Your role:Execute all employee life cycle processes within HR Operation systems including hiring, on-boarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and terminations in the aligned geographyPrepare and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy before submission to ADPManage registrations and changes to group life insurance, health insurance programs and other employee benefitsSolving HR data related issues for end usersEnsure data quality, validation, and governance throughout the HR systemsPartner with Payroll provider with documentation for HR processes and proceduresConduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracyImplement and enforce data standards and best practicesGenerate ad-hoc reports for HR teams and leadership as neededCoordinate data privacy compliance across HR functionsSupport data-driven decision making through accurate and timely reportingManage user access controls and security protocolsCollaborate with other HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and CompensationActively participate in regional and global HR projectsSupport periodic system updates, testing, and implementation of new featuresExecute assigned tasks in compliance with corporate quality systems and legal regulations within aligned countriesYour background:Experience administering ADP Payroll and WorkdayDeep knowledge in the areas of: employment law, national insurance, income taxStrong knowledge of multiple Workday modulesExperience supporting HR processesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailCommunication skills in EnglishAbility to create relations and cooperate with peopleExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively under time pressureAbility to organize own workComputer skills - MS OfficeWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
