- Provide day-to-day HR support across all departments
- Advise managers on policies, procedures, and employee relations
- Handle complex HR cases in collaboration with external advisors
- Monitor compliance with employment legislation and internal standards
- Support onboarding and return-to-work processes
- Lead disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Identify and escalate potential risks to senior leadership
- Deliver HR projects and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Strong background in employee relations and HR operations
- Proven experience in SMEs with fast-paced environments
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
