You will be supporting clients in the Yealmpton, Newton Ferrers, Brixton and Holberton areas.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants for day, evening, and weekend shifts. This role will involve you playing a crucial role in supporting seniors with their daily activities, promoting their well-being, and providing companionship.What You'll Enjoy as Our Care Assistant:Competitive Pay: £12.40 per hour on weekdays, £13.40 per hour on weekends.Mileage Compensation: 33p per mile.Minimum 1-Hour Visits: Ensuring quality time with clients.Local Shifts: Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage.Comprehensive Training: Great induction for new Care Assistants and ongoing support.Supportive Environment: A dedicated office team and a circle of happy Care Assistants.Career Growth: Support for NVQ qualifications and internal promotion.Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Assist with light housekeeping and errands
  • Support clients with mobility and physical activities
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
