This encouraged continual high-quality performance from staff' (CQC).Job DescriptionWe are currently looking to recruit Full time and Part time Care Professionals to work throughout our Franchise area including Yealmpton, Wembury, Ivybridge, South Brent and surrounding villages. You would not be expected to cover all of these areas in one day however the more prepared you are to travel the more hours available to you.With a minimum call time of 1 hour, your tasks may include:
  • Helping someone with their morning and evening routines, this may involve supporting them with personal care tasks.
  • Preparing them healthy and delicious meals through the day.
  • Assist with household tasks such as cleaning & laundry.
  • Completing messages for clients, such as grocery shopping or supporting them to an appointment.
  • Getting out on a social activity - like going out for coffee or supporting a client with a hobby.
  • Above all, you will be there to provide that essential companionship service which is at the heart of everything that we do.

QualificationsDue to the nature of the role you must have a driving licence and access to reliable transport as you may be required to assist a client to an appointment or to enable them to continue with a hobby or interest.Previous experience desirable.Additional InformationJoin Home Instead and become part of our family.
