Shift Pattern:
3 days on, 4 days off - rotating days and nights.What You'll Be Doing:As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.You'll:
  • Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production targets
  • Carry out effective shift handovers and communicate clearly with team members
  • Maintain a safe working environment and take prompt action to prevent accidents
  • Keep equipment clean and hygienic, using CIP systems where required
  • Work closely with engineering teams to minimise downtime and maintain high standards
  • Accurately complete all required compliance documentation
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, safety, and efficiency

  • A strong awareness of health and safety
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer literacy to operate systems and equipment
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern
