
Machine Operator

- Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely, following all operating guidelines and Standard Safe Operating Procedures.
- Carry out routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure it runs efficiently.
- Follow production plans to meet targets while maintaining product quality.
- Keep accurate records of production output, issues, and downtime as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area with workplace standards.
- Comply at all times with UK Health & Safety legislation and site-specific safety protocols.
- Valid driving licence and access to reliable transport.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and SSOW procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach to tasks.
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery or similar equipment.
- Knowledge of quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to work additional shifts if required.
