- Own and grow strategic customer relationships across the enterprise infrastructure ecosystem.
- Support a team of Strategic Account Managers working across the European region to grow revenue within their portfolio of accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer goals and CommScope's business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, and executive teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close.
- Represent CommScope at industry events, customer meetings, and executive briefings.
- Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in broadband, telecoms, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, including fiber, copper, and wireless infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to build C-level relationships and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.
