- Drive growth and product adoption through a collaborative, personable and focussed approach, coupled with strategic value-driven thinking
- Develop strategic business plans to drive and deliver commercial business outcomes
- Deliver in person and online demos, sharing the value of our products to prospective customers, tailored to their needs
- Attend roadshows and customer summits, educating prospective customers
- Manage the full sales process in order to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Partner closely with our Business Development and Customer Success teams to ensure customers are smoothly onboarded, realise the expected value in the SafetyCulture platform and develop long-term, successful customer relationships
- Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing to identify and create pipeline and opportunities with prospective strategic customers
- Be the voice of the customer to our cross-functional partners, including our world class product and engineering teams
- Maintain data integrity through Salesforce and report on all sales activities, including accurate forecasting
- Senior professional B2B strategic selling experience with a proven track record in managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets
- Consultative and customer centric approach with demonstrated ability to build trust, establish rapport and uncover customer pain points
- Motivated to identify new customer opportunities in conjunction with driving expansion opportunities with existing customers
- Confident in outbound sales motions, identify ICP prospecting opportunities and crafting tailored outreach
- Comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving organisation
- SaaS sales experience and formal sales training is highly desirable
