- Welcome and support young participants throughout the event
- Share your journey, insights, and encouragement to inspire future leaders
- Facilitate introductions and help participants feel included and confident
- Network and engage with candidates, employers, and fellow volunteers
- Be part of a nationwide movement driving inclusion and equal opportunity
- Open to students, professionals, and community members who want to make a difference
- Friendly, approachable, and encouraging
- Available to volunteer in-person in the UK during the event week (September 17–25)
- Passionate about creating equal opportunities for young people
